Refund Policy
Because every Sagery product is a digital download delivered the moment you check out, the way we handle refunds is a little different from a physical store. Here is exactly how it works.
All digital sales are final. If your file will not download or you received the wrong product, write to us within 7 days and we will fix it. If you simply changed your mind, we may offer a different digital asset at our discretion.

Sagery products are downloadable PDFs, workbooks, and planners. The moment your payment clears, the file is delivered and the copy is permanently yours. Because the asset cannot be returned or un-downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or buyer's remorse.
If the file is broken or wrong, we fix it
If your download is corrupted, fails to open, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will resend the file, send the correct product, or — if we cannot resolve it — issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Not what you hoped for? Talk to us
If a product genuinely was not what you expected, write to us. On a case-by-case basis we may offer a 100% discount code for a different Sagery digital asset of equal or lesser value. This is a goodwill gesture, not a guaranteed remedy, and is offered at our sole discretion. You may keep the original file you downloaded.
We will never ask you to delete a file you have already downloaded. It is yours. Any replacement product or store credit we offer is in addition to the asset you already received.
Chargebacks and disputes
Before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider, please give us a chance to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns are settled within 48 hours by email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be contested with proof of delivery and acceptance of this policy at checkout.
Bundles, subscriptions, and gift purchases
The same terms apply to bundles and gifted downloads. Once any file in a bundle has been downloaded, the bundle is considered delivered. Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
