Sagery sells digital guides for personal use only — no resale, no sharing, no AI training. We are publishers, not licensed professionals; our content is informational, not medical, financial, or legal advice. Disputes are handled in Dallas, Texas.
These terms are a legal agreement between you and Sagery, a small publisher of digital guides and how-to materials based in Dallas, Texas. By visiting our site or purchasing a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing sagery.store, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These three documents together form the entire agreement between you and Sagery.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Sagery. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the billing information you provide is accurate, current, and yours to use.
We are not licensed professionals — important
This is the most important clause in this document. Please read it carefully.
Sagery is a publisher. The people who write our guides are not licensed physicians, dietitians, pharmacists, nurses, therapists, psychologists, attorneys, accountants, certified financial planners, or any other regulated professional. Our products are educational and informational only.
Nothing we publish is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or therapy. Reading our materials does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, advisor-client, or therapeutic relationship of any kind.
Always consult a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction before making decisions about your health, money, legal rights, or wellbeing. If you are in a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) — not us.
Your license to use our products
When you purchase a digital product from Sagery, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, store, and use that product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may print one personal copy and store the file on devices you own.
You may not: resell, redistribute, share, gift the file, upload it to file-sharing or torrent sites, post it on social media or YouTube, use it to train AI or machine-learning models, incorporate it into your own paid products, or use it in any commercial context without a separate written license from us.
Intellectual property
All content on sagery.store — including written text, layout, design, illustrations, logos, brand marks, and the contents of every product we sell — is owned by Sagery or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a product transfers the license described in Clause 04, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Purchases, pricing, and taxes
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and may change without prior notice. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or duties applicable in your jurisdiction; these are added at checkout where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, where fraud is suspected) and to correct pricing errors before fulfillment.
Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately, all sales are final. Our full refund policy — including the limited circumstances in which we issue refunds, replacements, or goodwill credit — is at /pages/refund-policy and is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
— copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any product or any part of our site;
— scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our site by automated means;
— use our products or site to harass, defraud, or harm anyone;
— attempt to circumvent any technical protection, watermarking, or licensing mechanism;
— use our products to train, fine-tune, or otherwise feed any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model;
— impersonate Sagery or imply endorsement by us without written permission.
Disclaimers
Our site and our products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagery disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our products will produce any specific outcome (health, financial, emotional, or otherwise), that our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information is current, complete, or accurate at the moment you read it. Your use of any information from Sagery is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagery, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, emotional distress, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our site or products — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms, our site, or our products will not exceed the amount you paid Sagery in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sagery and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our site or your license to any product at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these terms or harms Sagery or any other user. The clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Sagery agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for material changes, post a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
